New! Pre-1990 Infield Display Parking
If you’re arriving in a pre-1990 vehicle but are not attending with one of the car clubs registered with us, when you buy your advance tickets you can request a free Pre-1990 Infield Display Pass (non-Club), which will allow you to park your treasured classic in our pre-1990 display parking area right at the heart of the action in Donington Park’s infield. Please note, these passes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance with your tickets. Spaces are limited. (If you are booking using a car club code, you will receive a club display infield parking pass as part of your club ticket package.)

Event timings + car parking
The Donington Historic Festival takes place at Donington Park, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2RP – you can contact the circuit directly on 01332 810048 orshould you need to.
On each day of the Festival gates open at 07.30am and the circuit activity starts at 9.10am.
CAR PARKING: There is plenty of car parking available at the track. Car parking is free.

Donington Park endeavours to make the circuit accessible for all visitors. Therefore, disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance may be provided with 1 free ticket at the gate for their care assistant, partner or accompanying friend. In order to receive this free ticket, you will need to provide a copy of your most recent DLA letter showing your current entitlement as well as your blue badge, should you require car parking on site. The disabled access area and view point is located at Gate 10 – Coppice Corner, and there are shuttle buses around the site.
How to get to Donington Park
Donington Park is situated right at the heart of England, just minutes from M1 junction 23a and MOTO Donington Park Motorway Services and Travelodge, or junction 24 southbound. What’s more, Donington Park is easily accessible internationally via East Midlands International Airport, only 2 miles away.
From North (M1/A50)
Leave the M1 at junction 24, then at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto the A453 (signposted Tamworth, Birmingham). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A453 (signposted East Midlands Airport, Diseworth, Donington Park). Go past the Donington Park Service Area (MOTO). At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A453. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A453, go past the Airport, and finally turn right into Donington Park.
From South (M1/M42/A42)
Leave the M1 at junction 23a, then merge onto the A42 (signposted Stoke A50). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A453 (signposted East Midlands Airport, Diseworth, Donington Park). Go past Donington Park Service Area (MOTO). At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A453. At next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A453. At next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A453, go past the Airport, and finally turn right into Donington Park.
By Air – the nearest airport is East Midlands. This is just a short taxi ride away from the track.
By Rail – the nearest railway station is East Midlands Parkway – and this has regular trains to and from London. From there it’s a short taxi ride to the track.
By Coach – National Express coaches run regularly to East Midlands Airport and, again, it’s a simple matter of a short taxi ride from there to the track.
