So, if you’re a club official, please read the details below – and at the bottom of the page you’ll find the link you need to start the registration process for your club.

If you have a specific request for your club, please don’t hesitate to contact Karen Coe, our Car Clubs’ Co-ordinator by email or call +44 (0)7540 725821.

A half-price advance ticket deal

Our advance discounted tickets already offer a great saving on the on-the-gate prices. Members of clubs registered with us can enjoy an even more significant saving, as they receive a 50% discount off those advance prices for all ticket types.

Free car club parking in the infield or on the GP Loop*

When they book their club discounted tickets your members will also request their free parking pass, so they can join your club’s display. Please note, only cars which are club-display appropriate are allowed into the infield or GP Loop, and we do ask that the car’s date, make, model and registration number are provided at the time of ticket booking. We also ask that club members who are not planning on arriving in a display car park in the general public car park.

*Selected clubs will park on the GP Loop

Vehicle Access Times

Access for display vehicles will be between 07:00 – 09:00 for GP Loop displays and 07:00 – 10:00 for all infield displays on all days.

Given the high level of visitors to this event, there is to be no display vehicle movement on the infield or GP Loop (apart from any vehicles taking part in parade laps, which will move under marshal supervision) other than at time of entry or after 4:00pm. We request display vehicles remain in position until the end of the event, however, if you do require to move your vehicle, please note all vehicle movement MUST be accompanied by an official marshal.

Lunchtime parades – Friday and Sunday only

Details to follow

No charge for display space

We do not charge a fee for clubs to register for the Festival club offer or for display space. The car club displays are a great attraction for Festival visitors, and we encourage clubs to set up marquees, display stands etc., to really make it a spectacle. But don’t worry if you’re from a small club, and don’t come complete with marquees etc., as you’ll still be made very welcome! Each club is given its own dedicated, sign-posted parking area, and we work with you to give you the space you need.

Link to your website from ours

The Festival website receives a lot of traffic from car enthusiasts, and when we list your club as one that has registered with us, we’ll link that listing to your club website. It could help you pick up some new members!

‘Car Club’ refers to organisations which have registered members, and which have been established to promote the benefits of ownership of a particular marque or individual model of car, or of a particular type of car (e.g. general classic cars).  We would expect the club to have some sort of management structure in place and to operate some form of communicating regularly with its members, such as a website, forum, newsletter or magazine. The Festival organisers will review all applications, and reserve the right to refuse applications.

Once your club is registered, we will give you the information you need so your members can book.
